Lachlan's Reading List

Here's a list of books I intend / hope to read someday. It's more to remind myself than anything. So why make it public? Good question! Maybe to hold myself to it somewhat?
To salvage my poor student finances (hey, Squarespace doesn't pay for itself) books that I already own have priority over books I'd have to purchase; and, because I feel very embarrassed to admit that I haven't read books people gave to me five or ten years ago, gifts have priority within those. To limit this embarrassment as much as possible - a humiliation triage, if you will - I've also ranked those based on when I first received them. Otherwise, the books are sorted by author's surname, or, with journals/magazines, the title of the magazine. For anthologies, the editor is listed.
Also, anthologies are marked with *; books that are part of a series, with +; and books that are next in a series, with ++. Non-fiction books are underlined; reading for research is bolded.

Please feel free to make suggestions, especially when it comes to diversity! I recognise that this list is dominated by white males (isn't everything?), something I'd love to address.
